He is goal-driven leader with pioneering success of more than 14 years including over 6 years of entrepreneurial experience in delivering value to organizations by effective strategy planning, leading new tech initiatives / projects, practicing metrics driven program management, converting challenges into opportunities and ensuring business continuity during the career span in an Onsite-Offshore model

He has Designed, developed and delivered Financial, E-commerce, HR and Educational System(s) for corporate and contract manufacturing facilities resulting in significant reduction in complex legacy applications

During his time at Baggout, he defined and built global website(s) bringing over 30K Users/Day into a new platform that drove net new funding and increased company reach.

He, upgraded & Implemented core ERP, CMS, HRMS, Financial systems and leveraged SaaS and Cloud models for Corporate Portal systems that produced > $100 Million revenue for the organization.
Built ahead of its time Graph Database, that could do 4000 DB Transactions/Second/Thread
